Crafting
- Corrected Brass Subligar synthesis to use earth crystal. (Public)
- Corrected Plain Sword synthesis recipe to be available in any expansion. (Public)
- Corrected several desynthesis recipes to return the appropriate results. (Abdiah)
- Players will now receive appropriate skill-ups through desynthesis. (Abdiah)
- Bastokan Leggings now use the appropriate synth recipe. (Abdiah)

Monsters
- Balanced Bitoso from BCNM "Creeping Doom" (Abdiah)
- Reset monster's logic on spawn to prevent it from spawning in a zombie state (not moving or reacting to any actions taken on it). (Damarus)
- Increased BST pet respawn timers. (Damarus)
- Fixed Wild Oats incorrectly reporting dealing 0 damage. (Public)
- Coralline uragnites should no longer aggro. (Tracent)
- Beach pugils should no longer link. (Tracent)

- Paladin AF3 NMs can now use their respective 2-hour abilities. (Public)
- Corrected fame rewarded from quest: "Mihgo's Amigo". (Abdiah)

- Fixed an issue where players could not start Windurst mission 5-1. (Public)

- Normalized XP ring base and recharge costs to be based off the amount of bonus experience. Chariot Band now costs 1200 to buy and 400 per charge for recharge (3 total charges). Emperor Band now costs 1100 to buy and 220 per charge for recharge (5 total charges). Empress Band has remains 1000 to buy and 100 per charge for recharge (10 total charges). (Public)
